Scheduling a Delivery
Home deliveries are scheduled by our In-store consultants and should be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance to ensure timely delivery. Deliveries can be rescheduled 48 hours in advance without penalities. Our professional delivery teams are focused on giving you the best furniture delivery experience in the industry.
Preparing for Home Delivery
Our professional white-glove delivery service can transport your furniture anywhere in the USA. Our expert delivery team will setup and install your furniture with care, however they cannot move or remove your old furniture. Please have a clear area ready for the delivery team to assemble or place your furniture when they arrive.
In order to expedite your furniture delivery, we ask that you measure all door and hallway openings to ensure that your new furniture will fit. Please be aware that there is a nominal fee (to be collected by the driver) for transporting your furniture up more than three flights of stairs, unless there is an elevator. If your furniture does not fit through the doorway or stairway, Huffman Koos can put you in touch with a disassembly service that can practically get any item taken apart at a nominal charge.
On the day of your scheduled delivery, our delivery team will call you with an estimated time of arrival at your home. Due to acts of nature, the safety of our associates, and public delivery times and dates may be altered. However we will call you in advance to alert you if this was to ever occur.
