Do you offer other colors or finishes for furniture than what is on your website?
Yes. We refer to these as custom or special orders. Please email us or visit your nearest Huffmankoos® Furniture showroom to speak with a sales associate for further details. We do not offer custom orders online.

What is the warranty on my furniture?
Manufacturer's warranty information is printed on the hang tags that arrive with your furniture. Additional warranty information may be available in our online furniture catalog. If you still have questions about the warranty on your furniture, please email us.

You may choose to supplement the manufacturer’s warrantee with our 5 year accident protection plan which may be purchased separately. Ask about our Guardian Protection Plan.

Is the furniture on your website in stock?
Thanks to our state-of-the-art computer network and distribution system, Huffman Koos Furniture achieves more than a 97% in-stock status on merchandise displayed on our website and in our showrooms. To inquire about the stock of a specific item(s) please email us.

How should I care for my upholstered furniture?
Taking proper care of your new upholstered furniture will help keep it looking beautiful for many years. Remember, the same amount of dust that builds up on your end tables, coffee table and television also builds up on your upholstery; it’s just not as noticeable on fabric. To preserve that showroom look, vacuum your upholstered furniture regularly using the wand attachment.

Here are some upholstery cleaning codes and what they mean to you:

W - Spot clean with water-based upholstery shampoo or foam upholstery cleaner. Avoid over-wetting the fabric. Use a professional cleaner for overall cleaning.

S - Use a water-free upholstery cleaning agent for occasional spot cleaning. Don’t use water—it may cause shrinking, bleeding or water spots.

WS - Use either water-based or solvent-based upholstery cleaners to spot clean.

X - Don’t use any cleaning chemicals. Instead, use a nonmetallic brush to loosen soil from the fabric. This cleaning code is most commonly found on silk- and satin-upholstered products.


Delivery


How long will it take for my furniture part to arrive?
It takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks for a part to arrive. When the part arrives, we will contact you to schedule installation at your convenience.

How do I clean my leather furniture?
Use a solution of mild detergent and water to clean your leather furniture. Never use anything harsh to clean it, such as saddle soap or mink oil. Most large grocery and department stores sell appropriate leather cleaning products. After you clean the leather, apply leather-upholstery-specific conditioner to keep it supple and buttery soft. If you have more questions about caring for your new furniture, feel free to call your salesperson and he or she will be happy to help.

What are furniture cleaning codes?
Furniture cleaning codes tell you what cleaning method the manufacturer recommends for your furniture’s fabric. Cleaning codes are found on a label, tag or stamp located on the fabric itself.

Who delivers my new furniture to my home?
Our world-class furniture delivery teams consist of two specialists to ensure careful placement of the furniture inside your home. First, we open and inspect your items prior to delivery to assure the highest standard of quality. Then, our delivery team will set up and assemble the furniture in your room of choice. Please note: we will not move your existing furniture. For timely and safe delivery, please make sure your room is ready!

How does the delivery process work?
Huffman Koos Furniture is committed to meeting and exceeding your expectations. First, we schedule your delivery on the next available delivery day. Then, we call you 1-2 days prior to your delivery date to give you a delivery time window and confirm any necessary details. Finally, we open, inspect and assemble your items prior to delivery to ensure the highest standard of quality.

Why can I only get an AM or PM time window for Saturday delivery?
Due to our high volume of furniture deliveries on Saturdays, we only give an AM or PM time frame. We don’t want to make a commitment to a customer that we may not be able to honor. Please keep in mind that traffic conditions, inclement weather, construction and local emergencies may delay the delivery of your furniture.

How soon can I get delivery after I place my order?
Thanks to our state-of-the-art computer network and distribution system, we achieve a 97% in-stock status on all of our merchandise. As a result, Huffman Koos Furniture can deliver in-stock items within three days to anywhere in our immediate delivery area. For more information please email us. Please note: We do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays, so they are not considered part of the 3 days.

Can you remove my old furniture?
We will only remove your old mattress and boxspring with the purchase of a new mattress and boxspring set. For other furniture removal we suggest to contact a local charity or rescue mission. Huffman Koos Furniture‘s delivery professionals reserve the right to refuse any old bedding deemed as unsanitary.

Do you assemble the furniture before I get it?
Delivery includes all necessary assembly and comprehensive quality inspection of your furniture prior to it being delivered to your home. Some pieces may require final assembly in your home due to their size and dimensions.

What are my options for paying for my purchase?
Huffman Koos Furniture accepts American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard both in our showrooms and online.

For purchases made specifically in our showrooms, we accept cash and checks as well.

If I choose a different fabric or finish, how much longer will it take?
Typically, custom orders take 6 to 8 weeks. Select upholstered pieces are stocked in multiple covers and finishes and may be available for immediate delivery. Please visit your nearest Huffman Koos Furniture showroom for more information.
